New Medical Marijuana Guidelines

As of Monday, October 19, 2009 the Federal Government will no longer go after people supplying, or smoking medical marijuana in any state that allows it under law. This eliminates the vague gray area that popped up when states started legalizing medical marijuana while the Federal Government banned it.

It is unfortunate that only dire economic times allow for any substantive change. Oh well...If we can't get any type of meaningful reform in the financial and health sectors, I can at least light up.
